This is a fantastic infographic explaining how bad carbs can be for you. I’ve tried to explain this to many people in person, but a flowchart makes it so much easier. Thanks to Massive Health for designing it.

I wish someone had told me this when I was 18 years old. 

I hate science when it’s used to explain cultural behaviors. Carbs don’t make people fat. Your bad food habits and your lack of physical activity do. I eat carbs pretty much everyday, so do French people. Nobody’s fat.
Avoiding a category of food is retarded (and so intellectually lazy). What you need to do people is REWIRE YOUR DAMN BRAIN. Look out there in the world, some people eat anything without getting fat. Genes don’t explain that, food habits do.
Watch this and LEARN. The title could be How To Be In Good Shape All The Time
